Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Terri D. – Office Manager
Terri is a 1987 LCMR graduate, born and raised in Lower Township. She has worked for Dr. Mischissin since 1998. Terri started as a receptionist/billing coordinator before becoming the office manager in 2007. She is responsible for scheduling, billing, insurance and employee relations.

In her free time, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and friends and camping.
Caroline M. – Dental Assistant
Caroline is a local Cape May County resident. She graduated in 2003 from the Cape May County Tech Dental Assisting program. She is a Certified Dental Assistant . She was a welcome addition to the practice in April 2018.
“I love bringing some humor to the practice, and I love helping patients feel relaxed and welcomed.”
When she’s not working, Caroline enjoys spending time with family.
Lori A. – Dental Hygienist
Lori, a registered dental hygienist, has many years of experience and is happy to work in such an excellent practice! She loves to help patients maintain great oral health and her compassion and gentleness are important to her. When not working, she enjoys her family, the beach, reading and bike riding.
Lillian S. – Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator
Lillian graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts in 1993. She currently lives in EHT. She joined our team in September of 2020. ” I enjoy greeting patients as they enter the office with enthusiasm and try to create a comfortable atmosphere.” Lillian enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two grown children as well as her two dogs.
