Born and raised in Freeland, Pennsylvania, Dr. Susan M. Mischissin is a 1987 graduate of Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
A dental practitioner with over 33 years of experience in private practice, Dr. Mischissin completed her professional education in 1991 at Temple University School of Dentistry. During her fourth year of dental school, she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Epsilon honorary dental society, which only accepts the top 10 students from each graduating class. She also received the distinguished Senior Award in General Dentistry for being the most proficient student, both academically and clinically.
