We know that our office is only as effective and as welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly and well-trained team members! As a team, we are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment in a supportive and nurturing environment. We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments as well as any risks and associated costs of treatment, and how treatment can address your individual needs as a patient.
Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Front Office Team
Terri D. – Office Manager
Terri is a 1987 LCMR graduate, born and raised in Lower Township. She has worked for Dr. Mischissin since 1998. Terri started as a receptionist/billing coordinator before becoming the office manager in 2007. She is responsible for scheduling, billing, insurance and employee relations.

When not at the office, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and friends and camping.
Katherine T. – Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator
Katherine graduated from Camden County Community College in 2023 with a certificate in Medical Coding and Billing. She got started in the dental field as a receptionist in 2024. When not in the office, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends.

Caitlin G. – Dental Hygienist
Caitlin has been a hygienist since 2011 and loves what she does. She strives to give patients a pleasant experience for their dental cleanings and help them achieve excellent oral health. She and her husband have 3 beautiful girls and she loves to spend time on the beach or at Disney.
Carol H. – Hygienist
Carol has been a hygienist for over 25 years. Originally from NE Philadelphia, she is now a New Jersey resident. Her goal is gentle but thorough dental care. Carol enjoys all things Disney, Phillies, Flyers and running.
Tara C.– Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Cape May County. I attended Middle Township High School and then went on to Dental Assisting School and graduated in 2013.
When I’m not working, I like to cook, travel and spend time with my family, but what brings me the most joy is spending time with my grand babies.
